Vievma was tasked with creating a bespoke event platform and production of the live event - a 12 hour global set of sessions for this wellbeing education charity.
As well as managing all event sessions, training speakers and producing all on-screen graphics and breakout sessions, we linked the event site to the clients main site and enabled on-site donations and developed cross selling strategies for their products.
The client was overjoyed with both attendance and product sales for this free event.
This annual community talent show fundraiser in aid of a well established charity helping disadvantaged children has been running in-person for over 30 years. This year it was necessary to run the event online in order to provide this much needed lifeline to the charity.
With an incredibly short lead time Vievma produced the entire event (except for the entertainment!).

This 'members-only' secure virtual hub became the focus for the event attendees, with every session being available live or on video playback within an hour.

We were tasked with producing this 2 day corporate conference with 20 different global speakers from a diverse array of professional backgrounds including Avery Dennsion, Coca Cola and the European Union.
Using Whova, a networking focussed platform, coupled with our creativity, we enabled delegates to meet and connect in a fully virtual experience.

The brief was to create a live and virtual TV style 'lock-down' event broadcast weekly to University students across the country to a tight budget.
We designed and created a 4 camera studio in less than 2 weeks and utilised the Airmeet platform to create a private space that students could enjoy the live programme whilst also socialising before and after.
Using Ecamm Live we were able to seamlessly combine both studio and remote guest speakers along with recorded segments as part of the show. Graphic overlays along with sound effects also allowed us to create bespoke 'gameshow' segments.
The show was a big hit, with viewing figures, attendance and registration increasing over the 6 week series.
