Vievma were brought onto the task just 2 weeks before the 4-day event. Over 30 speakers were involved across 3 different tracks in order to seamlessly produce the event.
Hosted on the Whova platform with video conferencing from Zoom, the event was a huge success - with delegate numbers almost double the size of their in-person 2019 event!
