This one-day conference is held annually in-person by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council - Ireland.
The 2020 conference was designed and delivered to be the first for coaches and mentors from across the country to meet, learn and network virtually. Vievma delivered a bespoke website platform to host and deliver the event incorporating Zoom for video conferencing. The event was huge success with attendee numbers increasing by over 40% and attendees rating the technology 92%.
