We ensured this annual global event with over 1300 attendees went ahead on June 7th-9th 2020 given only an 8-week target after lockdown had started.
We created an online version of their in-person event using a highly specialised and customisable event web-based back-end platform. Linked to a beautiful front-end bespoke event website that displayed every aspect of the programme, it handled 80+ sessions and over 70 different speakers perfectly.
This 'members-only' secure virtual hub became the focus for the event attendees, with every session being available live or on video playback within an hour.
